As Project Director at James Equities, Riley brings 10 years of experience in affordable and mixed-income housing policy, service provision and development to the team. In this role, she leads affordable and mixed use projects in NYC and the tristate area. Previously, Riley worked at L+M Development Partners, where she led L+M’s new construction efforts in Queens, NY, including master planning, housing and infrastructure projects in the Rockaways where resiliency, energy efficiency and sustainability are priorities.
Riley holds a Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Geneseo in Geography and Environmental Science and dual Master’s Degrees in Urban Planning and Social Work Policy from Columbia University.
